What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials, including a variety of beads, charms, and durable threads. Each piece is crafted to ensure beauty and longevity.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a soft pouch or lined box, avoid exposure to water and chemicals, and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after each wear.
Do you offer custom jewelry?
While we offer Custom Jewlery, however this purely depends on the availability of the raw materials, we request you to connect with us at 8587032224
What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns. Please choose carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions before making your purchase. A proper opening/unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims without this video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Do you deliver Pan-India?
Yes, we serve more than 28,000 pin codes across India.
What are the general shipping or delivery timelines?
We take 24-48 hours to process your order. Once picked up by our logistics partner, delivery typically takes 3-5 (at max 7 days basis the location)
What are the shipping charges associated with an order?
We have fixed shipping charges 100 for all Prepaid Orders. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We communicate via Whatsapp right once your order is processed and share the Tracking Number and Shipment details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we hope to expand soon.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
We do not offer COD because of Custmers Refuse the Order and its does costs us twice for the Logistics so we have discontinued the COD.
Will I get an automatic refund for failed payments?
Yes, refunds for failed payments are automatically processed to your original payment source within 7-10 working days.
What if I have issues with my order?
