Returns, Store Credit & Support Policy

At With Love by Neelam, every piece is handcrafted with patience and intention. This means: Handmade = Slight Imperfections

These natural variances in colour, bead tone, texture, or minor alignment are part of its charm and beauty.  Although we source premium glass and porcelain beads and validate QC before dispatch, the fragile nature of these materials means their durability cannot be assured.

If you’re expecting factory-made perfection, With Love may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.

Because each design is handcrafted in small batches, we follow strict after-purchase policies.

No Refunds, Returns, Exchanges or Replacements

We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Custom Orders - Custom-made pieces are individually crafted, personalised, and created exclusively for you.
➡️ They cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Store Credit (Only for Verified Damage/Defect)

In rare cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, we may issue Store Credit, after verification. (This requires UNBOXING VIDEO, NO CUT NO EDIT)

Store Credit is Considered Only If:

  • All orders undergo a strict QC (Quality Check) stage. As every item is made in limited, one-piece availability, the product shown on our website is precisely what will be shipped to you.
  • The product has a genuine defect or was damaged in transit.
  • A clear unboxing video is provided (starting before the package is opened).
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is shipped back to us (return shipping is borne by the customer).

Once we physically receive and verify the returned item, we will issue Store Credit for the product value only (shipping not included).

Store Credit Will NOT Be Provided If:

  • No unboxing video is submitted.
  • The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is not returned to us.
  • You did not like the product for whatever reason (you feel its not upto the standard, you did not like the color or its does not suit you etc).
  • The item is received in good condition with no defects.
  • Minor variations occur due to handmade composition.
  • Damage occurs after delivery due to mishandling, wear, breakage, or misuse.

Important Notes

  • No refunds & no replacements under any circumstances.
  • Store Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can be used only on future orders.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable or credited.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
