To ensure fairness and transparency, we strictly require a No-Cut, Complete Unboxing Video (from the moment the parcel is received to the moment it is opened).This video is mandatory for raising any claim regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims without this video cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
As a small handcrafted business, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, in the rare event that something is genuinely wrong, we will review your unboxing video and do our best to help — though resolutions cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of handmade pieces.
